Tango Talks!
No demasiado valiente… no creen?
Again, Tango is making a point… The male protagonist of this story can not bear his guilt and try to survive as best as he can taking the cruel decision that reality left him at hand. Not too brave... is it not?

Castellano
¡No, no me digas adiós!

No, do not say goodbye!
Do not say it, oh my God, don’t even think about it! I want to split up, as if nothing happened, as this afternoon were an afternoon of any given day. Since you are going away
don’t go like this, wounded sweetheart,
because you loved me so much, my wounded bird, I ask forgiveness. How different would be life
if I could erase the past,
with how much love would wash your wound if I could make you return. If I could find my apology, if I could clear this guilt, if I could pray, if I could mourn, Oh! If I could at least forget.
*Well, the time came
I know everything is over, I know anguish is waiting for me. I only ask you to leave, as if nothing happened, as this afternoon were an afternoon of any given day. And if you could lie, if you could fake a friendly phrase, what a consolation would be that beautiful white lie of your heart.* |

And nos this song in a tanda...
I believe this is one of the best moments of Caló's orchestra. Here the tanda tells as a story of loss.. and how all protagonists deal with it... Magic!
